How to Order Custom Matches for Your Brand
Ordering custom matches is simple once you know the four decisions that matter. Here’s the checklist we walk every new customer through.
1. Pick the format and quantity
Decide matchbox, matchbook, or long matches (see the format comparison), and a rough quantity. Our minimum is 100; approximate is fine — we’ll firm it up with the mockup. Bigger runs lower the unit cost.
2. Send your brand files
The ideal is a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) plus your brand colors (Pantone or hex). No vector file? Send the best image you have, or even a photo or sketch — our designers will rebuild it print-ready at no charge.
3. Choose box color and finish
Pick a box color and a finish — full-color print, foil, or letterpress. Not sure? Tell us the vibe (cocktail bar, kraft café, blush wedding) and we’ll propose options on the mockup.
4. Approve the mockup, then we print
Within 24–48 hours you’ll get a photo-real mockup. Revise it as many times as you need — it’s free until you approve. Once you lock it and pay, production starts the same day and ships in about three weeks, with rush available for hard dates.
What to double-check on the mockup
- Logo size and clear space on the box face
- Color — confirm Pantone if brand match matters
- Striker placement and match tip color
- Any personalization spelling (names, dates, table numbers)
Four decisions: format + quantity, brand files, box color + finish, then approve the free mockup. Send a vector logo if you have one, but we’ll rebuild any artwork print-ready at no charge.
Have your logo handy? Start the quote and we’ll send a mockup within one business day. Still choosing a finish? Read foil vs. full-color matchboxes.
