Everything you need to know before ordering custom matches in bulk.
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 100 boxes or books for printed orders. Smaller keepsake runs for weddings and gifts are quoted case by case — tell us what you need and we’ll work with it.
How long does production take?
About three weeks from your approved mockup. If you’re up against a firm date — a wedding, a store opening, a product drop — ask about rush production and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What box colors and finishes are available?
Kraft natural, matte black, white, navy, blush, forest green, and burgundy boxes, plus full-color printing, metallic foil stamping (gold, silver, copper, rose), and deep letterpress on premium board. Custom Pantone matching is available at higher tiers so the box matches your brand exactly.
What match formats can you make?
Slide-out matchboxes (square and rectangular), classic fold-over matchbooks, and long reed matches in printed tubes or apothecary jars. Stick lengths run from standard 2-inch up to 4-, 6-, and 11-inch fireplace and candle matches, with white or colored tips and a custom striker.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you’re happy. You only pay once the design is locked and production begins — no setup fees, no risk.
Can you individually personalize each box?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names, dates, or table numbers and we can personalize each box individually. It’s a popular option for wedding favors, place settings, and VIP gifting.
